The Pony Island Motel was opened in 1958 and owned and operated by the Esham family since 1973.  We have a total of 54 units, 5 suites with whirlpool tubs, 4 efficiencies, 41 rooms and 4 cottages.  Our pool is centrally located and available for Pony Island cottage and motel guests.  Wireless high speed internet is available in all rooms and in the Pony Island I Cottage.

The office side wing of the motel is nestled on the edge of the spacious grounds with picnic tables under the cedars.  It has 2 sections, the courtyard area and the front office area.  It has 4 efficiencies and 21 rooms all easily accessible with parking outside your door.  All the rooms are air-conditioned and have cable TV, telephones and small refrigerators.

The poolside wing, a 3 story addition, was completed in 1996.  It's 23 rooms overlook the swimming pool with suites on the top floor.  All the rooms are air-conditioned and have cable TV, telephones, small kitchenette center with a small refrigerator, microwave, wet bar sink, and coffeemaker.  The suites have full kitchens and whirlpool tubs.
